Return & Refund Policy of Alvabiano

At Alvabiano, we want your shopping experience to be smooth. There are times when the purchase you may make does not fit the bill entirely, and that is when we will guide you through our return and refund process. Please read on to find out how this is done.

Eligibility for Returns

If you want to return it, please contact us within seven working days from the date when you received the product. All returns must reach us in exactly the same condition as they were when delivered to you, along with the original tags attached, and the original packaging should not be damaged. We are at liberty to inspect the returned goods before processing any refund. The return will not be honored if the conditions listed above are not met.

How to Initiate Return

From there, contact us at [email protected], stating the item you would like to return and your reason for return. We will then get back to you by sending further instructions on how to ship your item back to us.

We request you to bear shipping costs for returning goods unless the thing is defective and damaged when we receive it. We recommend using a trackable service so your item arrives safely at our place.

Refund Process

We will communicate with you within the timeframe of our receipt and inspection of your returned item whether your refund has been approved or not. Upon approval, we will then send you a request for your bank details so that amount can be directly remitted to your bank account through the bank transfer. Please give us the correct bank details so that we may process the refund to you without any delay.

Please note that there is no cash refund available. All bank transfer refunds shall be according to the details of your preferred bank, details of which you shall provide for us. Depending on the timing as set in place by each bank, it may be as long as several weeks before it shows up in your account, though we'll do whatever is within our power to process it as fast as we can.

Non-Refundable Items

Some products cannot be returned or refunded. Personalized products, sale products, or any items specified as non-returnable at the point of purchase will not be refundable. If you are uncertain whether your purchase is returnable, please contact us before you start the return procedure.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item is damaged or defective, we will be contacted at your earliest convenience within 48 hours of the delivery date. We reserve the right to ask for evidence through photos of the damages or defects before proceeding with replacement or refund. Return shipping and replacement shipping for damaged or defective goods will be provided without charge by us.
